Sales and Events Director

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Events Director to lead our sales team and manage event operations. This role is critical in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and overseeing the seamless execution of events from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and event management, preferably within the floral or events industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
