Event Management Leader

Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide is seeking an experienced Event Management Leader to join our team. As an Event Management Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events at our hotel. This includes coordinating with sales teams, event planners, and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Coordinate with event planners to ensure event details are executed according to plan
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services and products
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure financial goals are met

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
