Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Branch Manager to lead our Boston branch operations and sales activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch profitability, ensuring projects are properly managed, and driving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all branch personnel and activities to ensure business plan revenue and gross profit goals are met.
  • Direct general branch office administrative needs, including physical plant maintenance and facility management.
  • Handle project-specific sales, project management, service account management, and field management as needed.
  • Prepare reports and monitor financial activities of the branch, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, labor hours, and cash flow.
  • Monitor field operations and act as primary resource for operational directives and conflict resolution.
  • Manage field teams to improve overall field labor efficiency and ensure compliance with EED IIPP.
  • Oversee and engage in all sales activities and negotiations to meet short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Direct branch activities to ensure customer satisfaction and service customer retention.
  • Utilize Total Service, HOS, Salesforce, EOP, and other division-specific computer tools to drive business success.
  • Coordinate, track, and communicate cross- and interdepartmental activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance, MEUS & EED Operational & IIPP policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local industry professionals.
  • Manage service business to achieve call back objectives and EED / MELCO quality standards.
  • Participate in Strategic Planning Committees as part of EED Vision 2030.
  • Maximize cross-sales efforts amongst MEUS / MEUH companies and divisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of elevator industry experience or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Ability to build dynamic and diverse teams and foster enthusiasm and respect for their work.
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $140,000 and $192,500/year, with additional compensation and benefits, including commissions, incentive compensation, and discretionary awards, dependent on individual performance and sales metrics.

Employee will be in an 'at-will' position, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other discretionary payments at any time.
