Key Responsibilities- Greets and directs patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Performs a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with patients and staff
- Retrieves and secures patient information, including insurance and demographic data
- Answers incoming calls, sets appointments, and dispatches messages and/or calls for all employees
- Monitors and revises physician schedules as needed
- Performs patient care activities within the scope of data entry/processing and patient account functions
- Establishes payment plans and collects payments
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year experience in a medical office setting preferred
