Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and directs patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with patients and staff
  • Retrieves and secures patient information, including insurance and demographic data
  • Answers incoming calls, sets appointments, and dispatches messages and/or calls for all employees
  • Monitors and revises physician schedules as needed
  • Performs patient care activities within the scope of data entry/processing and patient account functions
  • Establishes payment plans and collects payments
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year experience in a medical office setting preferred
