Key Responsibilities:

  • Activity Goals: Meet objectives for appointments and outreach calls.
  • Lead Generation: Secure initial meetings through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Market Penetration: Engage with commercial and fleet businesses through targeted inquiries.
  • Insightful Meetings: Conduct initial meetings that yield valuable insights for follow-up discussions.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex data from various sources to inform strategies.
  • Professional Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations for both individual and group settings.
  • Sales Process Leadership: Oversee the sales process from initiation to closure, coordinating with all involved parties.
  • Forecasting: Exhibit proficiency in account and territory sales forecasting.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong internal relationships based on trust and collaboration.
  • CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Market Strategy Contribution: Provide insights on competitive products and market reactions.
  • Account Expansion: Drive sales growth in existing accounts by introducing new offerings.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry associations and training initiatives.
Sales Activity Expectations:
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Achieve sales and order objectives as outlined by leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM.
  • Engage in team sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Conduct weekly planning meetings with management.
  • Participate in sales ride-alongs.
  • Review weekly productivity in follow-up meetings.
  • Contribute to monthly sales performance discussions.
  • Report on national association activities and sales achievements.
Ambassador Duties:
  • Build relationships with regional personnel.
  • Uniform Standards: Adhere to company uniform requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in outside sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Completion of the Challenger Assessment with proficient results.
  • Ability to navigate a complex sales environment effectively.
  • Confident public speaking skills.
  • Preferred: College degree.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
