About the Role

Sunnova is a leading provider of rooftop solar services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide daily phone support to Sunnova's customers, identifying and resolving system issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Partner with customers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using available online monitoring tools and Salesforce data.
  • Education and Training: Educate customers on normal system operation and provide guidance on how to use our systems effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve quality results by following company standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role supporting technology troubleshooting.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
