Paid Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Strategist to join our team at Red Door Interactive. As a Paid Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies for our clients, working closely with our Director, Paid Media and client services team to understand clients' objectives and translate them into paid media strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies for clients across various ad platforms
- Manage and provide oversight for paid media campaigns, ensuring all media buys are properly set up within the various platforms and tools
- Collaborate with analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, testing, and monitor campaign performance
- Act as lead and primary contact for clients on their paid media campaigns
- Work with internal teams to ensure ads, landing pages, and measurement plans meet campaign objectives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a Paid Media role
- 2+ years in a people management role (skip-level management preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Must be strategic and creative, with strong managerial skills
- Experience developing and reporting paid media strategies for mid-large size companies and brands
- Experience clearly and effectively presenting strategic plans, analysis, findings and recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders
- Must be very detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
