We are a medical and wellness practice highlighting fitness and nutritional services with offices in Arlington VA and Washington DC, grounded in interdisciplinary care and cutting-edge technology, we focus on patient-centered outcomes and value-based care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. They will be responsible for triaging patients, reporting pertinent patient information to clinicians, and maintaining an organized clinic and procedural schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage patients and report pertinent information to clinicians
  • Maintain an organized clinic and procedural schedule
  • Verify and update patient insurance
  • Gather office notes and imaging reports
  • Follow Standard Precautions when interacting with patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of examination and procedure rooms
  • Knowledgeable with an EMR system
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Assist physician with injections and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proper and safe use of office equipment (C-arm, Ultrasound, etc)
