Job Title: Parts Counter Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Sales professional to join our team at Central Sales, Inc. As a key member of our parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and promoting parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to in-store parts customers, providing accurate and timely information on part availability and fulfillment.
  • Answer incoming parts phone calls, resolving customer inquiries and selling parts through Keystone invoicing.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure required parts for repairs are on-hand or ordered.
  • Actively promote current parts specials and promotions through in-person suggestive selling and cold calls to target customers.
  • Assist the inventory manager in receiving and shelving parts orders, preparing outgoing packages, and processing monthly parts returns.
  • Participate in bi-weekly parts L10 meetings, actively contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales goals, and demonstrating and promoting core values of the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
