Job Overview

Central Sales, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Manager to lead our parts team in achieving sales goals and maintaining efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily and weekly parts ordering to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and technicians.
  • Lead the parts team in receiving and shelving parts orders, as well as preparing outgoing packages.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and inventory control processes.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure required parts are on-hand or ordered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Strong sales and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
