Agricultural Sales Specialist

At CLAAS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue, and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted retail and service sales goals
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
- Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and respond to customer queries
- Manage and build relationships along the entire customer lifecycle, from sales to service and parts
- Implement approved marketing tools to strengthen product and market knowledge
- Coordinate factory visits, field demonstrations, and trainings
- Meet and exceed annual marketing plan goals while adhering to allocated budget guidelines
- 4-year College Degree in Agriculture or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or experienced marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer
- Solid knowledge about farming business and the economics that drives farmers' decision making
- Prior experience using CRM tools to document customer touch points and build account pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skill set
- Knowledge of CLAAS products and retail finance process a plus
