As a Client Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of home care
  • Managing the coordination of client services and addressing urgent scheduling challenges
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community partners
  • Building effective communication channels within the team
  • Overseeing the financial management of your caseload by tracking key performance indicators (admissions, Medicare percentage, reasons for rejected referrals, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Clinical Managers to provide guidance and support to field staff

Qualifications for the Client Services Associate position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or home care setting is advantageous
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • A proven track record of taking on increased responsibilities and achieving goals

  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with electronic medical records
