Resident Service Specialist

The Resident Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure a positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to resident inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and assist with all resident requests, including work orders and maintenance issues, to ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the community, including the office, amenities, and model homes.
- Administer move-in and move-out processes, including lease documents and home inspections.
- Monitor rental account balances and ensure accurate fee and rent charges in Yardi.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls to residents to ensure work orders are completed to their satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Community Director/Community Manager and Leasing team.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a property management or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
