About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in setting appointments for our sales team and developing our prospective client database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set appointments for the sales team through a qualifying process in your prospecting work
  • Build and grow our email database by bringing decision-maker business cards back from field visits or through entering decision-maker information in from phone calls
  • Enter all sales activities into the company's Client Request Management (CRM) software, log appointments in CRM, add new contacts into CRM, update account details in CRM, and log appointment details on the sales tracking Excel sheet
  • Meet daily sales activity targets of 75 or more
  • Set 4-5 appointments per week for the sales team to quote janitorial services for potential clients who meet our minimum requirements for service
Requirements
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • High School diploma required, bachelor's degree highly desirable
  • Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
  • Positive and out-going personality; great at building relationships
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
  • Must have reliable transportation
