Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Camping World Holdings, Inc. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving organizational success by partnering with our field leadership at a strategic business level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, dealership management, and teams to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Support HR Director on complex initiatives, including employee retention and engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and programs.
  • Conduct field visits to gather insights, facilitate training, and provide consultation to leaders on HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide analysis on the health of assigned business groups, analyzing performance trends, employee satisfaction, attrition, etc.
  • Recommend innovative approaches and procedures to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support employee relations team in investigations and complex employee relations issues.
  • Co-lead or lead HR projects by managing project efforts and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of HR Generalist experience in roles of progressively increasing scope.
  • Experience in high-growth organizations with geographically dispersed multi-site locations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong business acumen with competency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
