Position Summary:

The Senior Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with the EVP of Operations and support the Revenue Cycle Management team. This role is pivotal in optimizing operations at Experity.

Success in this position hinges on the ability to analyze financial and operational data, draw insightful conclusions, and present findings in an accessible manner.

Additionally, this role involves anticipating long-term challenges and trends, understanding the implications of decisions, and translating complex ideas into actionable strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual planning process for financial and strategic initiatives within your business units.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management leaders to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
  • Drive projects that deliver valuable insights to business leaders, fostering data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage with various stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Manage special projects, including strategic planning and business case development.
  • Ensure alignment between operational decisions and strategic goals.
  • Review and analyze operational data for quality assurance.
  • Work with teams to generate operational insights and recommend improvements.
  • Gather and analyze key financial metrics to understand revenue and cost fluctuations.
  • Maintain monthly reporting materials and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Intacct, and Tableau (or similar tools).
  • Background in Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Power Query, PowerPivot).
