About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our HR management and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide organizational and administrative support to the HR management and team, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Independently handle all administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of a defined area, including coordinating cross-departmental projects and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Document Creation: Create presentation and decision templates, as well as other documents as required.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and organize business trips, as well as handle and process expenses.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have some previous experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in common MS Office applications.
  • Language: Good knowledge of German and English.
