We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Cyber Security Architect II to become part of our team.

This role is Onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a strong understanding of various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to set and achieve objectives, independently managing a range of complex tasks.
  • Provide expert consultation on intricate projects, recognized as a leading contributor and specialist.
  • Guide and oversee the work of others as necessary.
  • Engage in a variety of routine project tasks related to specialized technology challenges.
  • Integrate electronic processes or methodologies to address comprehensive system issues or technology challenges related to Information Assurance.
  • Conduct security evaluations and offer security advisory services.
  • Assess information security requirements thoroughly.
  • Maintain knowledge of DoD and DoN Information Assurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Under general supervision, design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to meet MLS requirements.
  • Collect and organize technical information regarding organizational mission goals, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS domain.
  • Perform risk assessments and analyses.
  • Provide technical support for secure software development and integration tasks, ensuring adherence to design concepts and user standards. Familiarity with Security/IA products such as PKI, VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems is essential.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for security/IA challenges based on knowledge of major IA products and services, understanding their limitations, and familiarity with IA disciplines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • DoD M IAT Level II certification or higher is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma is required.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a SECRET clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The individual in this role must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move within the office to access files, office equipment, or communicate with colleagues and management.
