Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC (TDI) stands at the forefront of cybersecurity, dedicated to protecting our clients from the ever-evolving landscape of digital threats. With over two decades of expertise, we deliver innovative solutions tailored to both governmental and commercial sectors.
We are currently in search of a Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Manager with a strong technical background to oversee compliance initiatives for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. This role involves leading a specialized team responsible for various critical functions, including policy development, compliance tracking, and reporting.
This position necessitates an active Secret clearance and offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of command site documentation, focusing on Cybersecurity Policies and compliance standards.
- Support the Cyber Readiness Program through scheduled assessments and site visits.
- Develop and manage Workforce Management and Training plans, along with Incident Response and Recovery strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists and perform necessary scans for relevant technologies.
- Update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with evolving DoD and Department of the Navy (DON) policies.
- Generate documentation to fulfill Risk Management Framework requirements and secure Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT systems.
- Monitor and analyze new or revised Navy Computer Task Orders.
- Establish and maintain a Knowledge Management Database reflecting the cybersecurity posture of supported systems.
- Develop a repository for the latest cybersecurity-related SOPs and policies to facilitate compliance inspections.
- Publish and maintain cyber compliance metrics, including endpoint security data and compliance with computer task orders.
- Provide project management support, including verification and tracking of System Authorization Access Request forms.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance with an active Secret clearance.
- Possession of DoD 8570 IAM Level III certifications (CISSP, GSLC, CISM).
- Experience in conducting or participating in Navy Compliance Inspections.
- Familiarity with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) and the ability to research vulnerabilities associated with various operating systems.
- Proficient in reviewing and providing insights on DoD information assurance documents and directives.
- Capability to develop command-level policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of various DoD policies and regulations, with the ability to interpret them for the Afloat community.
