Position Overview

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) stands at the forefront of cybersecurity, dedicated to protecting our clients from the escalating threats and vulnerabilities present in today's digital landscape. With over two decades of expertise, we deliver innovative solutions tailored to enhance business operations across a wide array of sectors, including both governmental and commercial entities.

We are currently in search of a Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Lead who possesses substantial technical knowledge to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client in their cybersecurity compliance initiatives. This role involves overseeing a specialized team responsible for various critical functions, including policy development and interpretation, tracking and reporting on computer task orders, supporting the Cyber Readiness Program, and ensuring compliance reporting.

This role necessitates an active Secret clearance and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of command site documentation, including Cybersecurity Policies.
  • Facilitate the Cyber Readiness Program through both scheduled and impromptu visits to command sites.
  • Develop and manage Workforce Management and Training plans, Incident Response and Recovery plans, and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists.
  • Formulate new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update existing ones as necessary, in accordance with evolving DoD and DON policies.
  • Generate documentation to fulfill Risk Management Framework requirements and secure Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT Systems and Sites.
  • Monitor and conduct detailed analyses of new or revised Navy Computer Task Orders.
  • Create and maintain a Knowledge Management Database to document the cybersecurity posture of each supported system and site.
  • Establish and manage a repository containing the latest cybersecurity-related SOPs and policies to assist with site visits and compliance inspections.
  • Oversee the maintenance and publication of cyber compliance metrics, including endpoint security product data and compliance with computer task orders.
  • Provide project management support, including verification and tracking of System Authorization Access Request forms and site visit requests for team members.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance with an active Secret clearance.
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (CISSP, GSLC, CISM).
  • Experience in conducting or participating in Navy Compliance Inspections.
  • Knowledge of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) and the ability to research vulnerabilities and risks associated with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to review and provide feedback on DoD information assurance documents, orders, and instructions.
  • Experience in developing command-level policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with various DoD policies and regulations (e.g., 8500, 5200) and the capacity to interpret these for the Afloat community.
