We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cyber Security Architect II to become part of our team.

This role is Onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives while independently executing complex tasks.
  • Offer expert consultation on intricate projects and serve as a top-level contributor/specialist.
  • Lead and oversee the work of team members.
  • Execute a range of routine project activities related to specialized technological challenges.
  • Integrate electronic processes or methodologies to address comprehensive system issues or technology challenges in relation to Information Assurance requirements.
  • Conduct security evaluations and provide security advisory services.
  • Assess information security requirements.
  • Familiar with DoD and DoN Information Assurance policies and regulations.
  • Under general supervision, design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to meet MLS requirements.
  • Collect and organize technical data regarding an organization's mission objectives, existing security solutions, and ongoing programs in the MLS domain.
  • Perform risk assessments, including comprehensive risk analyses.
  • Provide technical assistance for secure software development and integration tasks, ensuring adherence to design concepts and user standards. Knowledgeable in Security/IA products such as PKI, VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Analyze and propose solutions for security/IA challenges based on an understanding of major IA products and services, their limitations, and knowledge of IA disciplines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • DoD M IAT Level II certification or higher is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a SECRET clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The individual in this role must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time. Occasionally move within the office to access files, office equipment, or communicate with colleagues and management.
