Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SPS PoolCare. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate various support tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and perform a diverse range of support tasks, including scheduling travel, meetings, and appointments, preparing agendas and schedules, and recording and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, retrieve information from records and documents, and prepare written summaries as needed.
  • Assist with office administration, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and coordinating support tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
