Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager Senior to lead our capture management and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government contracting process and relevant regulations, with a proven track record of successfully capturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute capture strategies for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform capture strategies
  • Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in capture management, business development, or a related role
  • Proven track record of successful capture and proposal management
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes and regulations
  • Experience working with Federal Agencies, particularly Navy contracts a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of information technology services and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Active DoD clearance: TS preferred
