Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager Senior to lead our capture management and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government contracting process and relevant regulations, with a proven track record of successfully capturing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute capture strategies for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform capture strategies
- Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capture management, business development, or a related role
- Proven track record of successful capture and proposal management
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes and regulations
- Experience working with Federal Agencies, particularly Navy contracts a plus
- In-depth knowledge of information technology services and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Active DoD clearance: TS preferred
