Job Title: Regional Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team at R&M Management.

As a Regional Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, effectively communicating product features and benefits, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Bulk up customer portfolio by generating new leads and expanding existing relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide support to colleagues
  • Foster strong communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and promotional strategies is ideal but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • High school diploma or GED is required
