Executive Director of Client Partnerships at Modifly

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Account Director to join our team at Modifly. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand existing client relationships and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain high standards for deliverables and oversee quality control across departments.
- Manage Account team utilization, ensuring alignment with billable expectations.
- Lead organizational structure and staffing initiatives to meet project demands.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships, serving as a key interface.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growing team capabilities and positioning existing services.
- Drive team success through goal setting, performance feedback, onboarding, and continuous mentorship.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and represent the organization in local communities, exhibiting executive gravitas.
- Foster a positive team culture and strong relationships within the Executive Leadership Team.
- Actively engage in tasks at various levels when needed, utilizing comprehensive department knowledge.
EAD Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to ensure high client satisfaction, monitor and improve NPS, and address client feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve revenue and profit goals, identify growth opportunities within accounts, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the client's primary advocate within the organization, ensure clear communication of client needs, and provide insights based on feedback and market trends.
- Lead and mentor the Account team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture, set performance expectations, and develop training programs.
- Contribute to overall business strategy by providing input on market trends, competition, and client needs.
- Lead internal culture development in the San Diego market and drive client growth and development within the local market (San Diego preferred).
- Ensure every client has proper relationship mapping to Modifly, including top-to-top relationship establishment.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in an agency environment in roles related to sales, growth, business development and/or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a senior client management role within the media agency industry.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies and services.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving P&L targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
