The Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director - Venture Capital to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This role will be crucial in building and managing relationships with top-tier venture capital firms, driving growth and adoption of our AI infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with leading VC firms in the AI and technology sectors
  • Educate VCs on our AI infrastructure capabilities and competitive advantages
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for our client to become the preferred AI infrastructure provider for VC portfolio companies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for VC-referred clients
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain our market positioning
  • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or venture capital in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic alliances with top-tier VC firms
  • Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and GPU technologies
  • Experience in selling high-value, complex technical solutions
  • A strong network and relationships within the VC ecosystem
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area
What We Offer
  • Competitive base compensation: $200,000 - $275,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $250,000 - $400,000 (uncapped)

Interview Process

We follow a rigorous interview process to ensure we find the best candidate for the role.

The process includes:

  • Level 1 - Virtual interview with the HR Lead (Q&A)
  • Level 2 - Virtual interview with the VP of Sales and Global Sales Director (Skills assessment)
  • Level 3 - Virtual interview with the CRO (Final)
  • Reference and Background Checks
  • Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate
