Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Senior Manager to lead and enhance our Parcel Station Network. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and achieving corporate objectives within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of intricate, cross-functional initiatives that significantly influence multiple departments.
  • Formulate comprehensive program strategies, effectively guiding teams both within and outside the organization to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Establish program definitions (mission, vision, principles), set clear objectives, analyze performance data, and implement improvements measured by key metrics.
  • Operate independently in a fluid environment, striving to comprehend business challenges, automation constraints, scalability factors, and the rationale behind leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to effectively source, allocate, and manage resources.
  • Engage with customers and internal/external stakeholders to prioritize project initiatives.
  • Identify and bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems, assisting in minimizing risks associated with common failure modes.
  • Proactively tackle ambiguous challenges and mitigate potential risks before they escalate.
  • Communicate effectively with program managers, business leaders, and executives regarding critical business initiatives.
  • Develop and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for a portfolio of programs, ensuring visibility into milestones and overall performance.
  • Exhibit a hands-on approach, embodying a general manager mentality.
  • Prepare, communicate, and oversee project budgets.
  • Utilize data and metrics to identify and drive operational enhancements.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • At least 2-3 years of prior experience in delivery station leadership.
  • A minimum of 1 year in regional or network leadership within delivery stations.
