- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or business operations, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Master's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field.
- Project management certification or experience.
