Client Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Account Specialist will be tasked with delivering exceptional Customer Service support and direction for their designated site.
The Customer Service division manages all client inquiries, order processing, generating daily reports, and collaborates closely with various departments to ensure all client needs are addressed promptly.
Position Overview:
- Managing cross-dock operations
- Handling product holds and addressing urgent client shipments
- Confirming inventory levels and alerting clients of possible shortages
- Evaluating receipts and outbound charges
- Processing inventory holds and releases
- Responding to phone inquiries
- Investigating OS&Ds and compiling reports
- Recording inbound and outbound orders
- Timely order entry for scheduled shipments
- Adjusting logs and making necessary corrections
- Investigating client inquiries
- Monitoring turnaround times
- Ensuring electronic transactions are processed without issues
- Managing import and export tasks
- Promptly executing Trace requests

Qualifications We Seek:
Education
- High School Diploma preferred
Experience
- 1 to 3 years preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in PC usage, leadership, and organizational skills are advantageous.
- Familiarity with AS400, SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Experience with warehouse documentation preferred.

- Strong arithmetic, reading, and typing abilities
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Capability to see, speak, and hear
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary
- May require physical effort associated with computer usage, or occasional standing, walking, and lifting necessary for daily tasks.
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions as well as company policies.
- A proactive individual who can work independently and collaborate with others
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to manage stress and meet productivity standards

- Take initiative to prevent any non-conformities related to product, process, and quality systems.
- Identify and document any issues related to product, processes, and/or quality.
- Recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels.
- Verify the implementation of solutions.
- Follow established security protocols at all times while on site.
- Participate in Safety and Educational Training.
