Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing the daily work and safety of associates engaged in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, power industrial equipment, and security maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and assign facility projects for quality and timely completion, ensuring a culture of safety that prioritizes associate well-being.
  • Interpret, train, and enforce Company policies and procedures, maintaining associate relations through regular meetings and open communication.
  • Develop business relationships with third-party vendors, including utility representatives, refrigeration contractors, janitorial services, pest control, and security providers.
  • Suggest efficiency ideas and cost reduction measures, assisting with the implementation of changes within facility maintenance duties to increase efficiency.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, conducting audits to ensure all required inspections and documentation are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate emergency response or crisis management activities, developing and maintaining liaisons with local emergency management and other entities to support a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience.
  • Working knowledge of all applicable building, life/safety, and fire protection standards and codes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
