Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks, including ordering, data entry, filing, and more. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner.
Responsibilities include performing administrative functions, such as distributing mail, ordering supplies, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience and a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions, including distributing mail, ordering supplies, and answering phones
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record review
- Greets customers, clients, and employees, and answers inquiries or directs calls as necessary
- Maintain office memos and informative postings
- Operate technology, systems, and software, such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner
