The Executive Sales Leader - West Coast Branch position at Citigroup Inc. offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and lead a team of professionals in the dynamic financial services industry.



About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our West Coast branch operations, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business success. As an Executive Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that align with our Retail Bank's priorities.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our segment partners, Assistant Manager, and Division Operational teams to drive sales growth and outbound sales activities, representing Citi and building partnerships in the community.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead the hiring process, coordinate performance management, compensation, communication, and employee evaluation of branch staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

  3. Operational Excellence: Conduct daily proof processes to ensure adherence to operational requirements, investigate controllable losses among branch staff, and provide coaching and manage performance on decisions used.

  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.



Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales leader with a strong background in banking or financial services. Ideal candidates will possess:





  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership or a related field

  • Previous experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on sales management

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

  • Registered or willing to register as a mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a Master's degree



Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $124,700 - $184,300, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, Citi offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
