Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at ClearWorld, an innovative company specializing in solar-powered lighting and smart city solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support and Project Management:
    • Facilitate the sales process by scheduling meetings, ensuring timely communications with clients, partners, and sales agents.
    • Support the sales team by tracking project progress, shipping, and managing customer interactions.
    • Monitor invoicing to guarantee accurate billing and timely payments from clients.
    • Ensure accurate communication with manufacturer representative agencies.
    • Prepare financial reports as required for project management and invoicing purposes.
  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Recruit, motivate, train, and support manufacturer's representative agencies through the sales process and cycle with their customers.
    • Overhaul our Social Media accounts, increase traffic, and engagement on our website and social media platforms.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies, design and update our website and social media presence.
    • Promote and sell products/services to existing and new prospective customers, performing cost-benefit analysis to meet their needs.
    • Reach out to warm and cold leads through outbound calls and follow-up emails using CRM services.
    • Create content for and distribute a monthly digital publication and newsletter.
    • Design and create/update company catalogs, cut sheets, and specification sheets.
    • Resolve customer challenges and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Provide product recommendations, analyze market trends, and track sales performance.
    Requirements and Qualifications
    • 3+ years of proven marketing and sales experience in the Lighting or Solar industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
    • Familiarity with Google Ads, Social Media Platforms, Constant Contact, and SEO principles.
    • Experience with CRM (Hubspot).
    • Ability to create engaging presentations and advertisements tailored to audience needs.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; prior experience may waive degree requirement.
