Senior Sales Consultant for Luxury Bathroom Solutions

Luxury Bath Technologies is a leading provider of high-quality acrylic bath remodeling solutions in North America. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting company-provided in-home presentations to clients.
- Managing sales leads through a customer relationship management (CRM) system, preferably Lead Perfection.
- Negotiating sales agreements with customers to achieve one-call closes.
- Maintaining accurate records and paperwork as per company requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software, preferably Lead Perfection.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
