- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment: This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
