Administrative and Special Projects Coordinator-Human Resources

**About the Job**
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a professional analytical and administrative support specialist. As an Administrative and Special Projects Coordinator-Human Resources, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties in support of assigned functions, operations, programs, and departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, analytics, and budgeting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform complex clerical assignments, including data collection, research, and report preparation.
- Assist in resolving operational and administration issues, identifying alternative solutions and implementing recommendations.
- Coordinate special projects within assigned areas of responsibility, performing complex research and analysis of new programs, services, policies, and procedures.
- Provide assistance in responding to inquiries, providing information, and resolving customer service issues.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Public Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible administrative, analytical, and/or budgetary experience.
- Highly developed computer skills, proficiency in Excel spreadsheet software, and ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
**Work Environment**
This role is primarily based in an office environment, with some travel required. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
