Essential Job Functions
  • Create and maintain accurate employee personnel, payroll, and medical files.
  • Process background checks, schedule fingerprint appointments, and create ID badge photos.
  • Maintain all personnel files consistent with Agency policies and procedures.
  • Assist managers with tracking PTO time, reconcile invoices for BCBS, BCN, and MMA, and process employee terminations.
  • Provide support for recruitment efforts, including phone screening for recruiting and assisting with other job duties as assigned.

This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, interacting with patients, families, and colleagues. You'll need to be empathetic, non-judgmental, tactful, responsible, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
