About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the position of Special Projects and HR Operations Coordinator. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in coordinating special projects, managing HR operations, and providing administrative support to our human resources department.

This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your organizational and communication skills, working closely with our director to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate special projects within assigned areas of responsibility, performing complex research and analysis of new programs, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving operational and administration issues, identifying alternative solutions and implementing recommendations.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources department, including data collection, research, and report preparation.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Public Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible administrative, analytical, and/or budgetary experience.
  • Highly developed computer skills, proficiency in Excel spreadsheet software, and ability to collect, analyze, and present data.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
