Senior Commercial Middle Market Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Middle Market Relationship Manager to join our team at Fifth Third Bank, N.A. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive relationship strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives of our commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert advice and guidance
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customized financial solutions, including loans, treasury management, and capital markets
- Monitor and analyze client financial performance, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients
- Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executives
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- A competitive total base pay range of $120,000 - $300,000 per year
