Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a relationship strategy for assigned clients and prospects
Analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and provide beneficial banking solutions
Collaborate with internal partners to create and implement a relationship strategy for large, complex clients and prospects
Utilize consultative sales skills to enhance the client experience
Monitor and manage credit exposure to ensure it is at an acceptable risk
Provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience
Strong business acumen, including financial statement analysis and accounting principles
Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team-based sales environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
