Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Client Coverage group, you will be responsible for developing and growing complex client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and retain complex client relationships through relationship management, understanding client needs, and providing strategic guidance.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership, developing and influencing complex cash flow, real estate loans, and industry-specific solutions.
- Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group.
- Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes, risk control, and client issues, while achieving Wells Fargo's business objectives.
- Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines.
- Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on client and market needs.
- 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Strong credit acumen and underwriting experience, including the ability to underwrite complex credit requests.
- Local market knowledge.
- Strong business development acumen, including the ability to source and generate new client relationships.
