Business Process Project Manager

About the Role

The ALL Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Business Process Project Manager to lead the implementation of critical business processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of general business operations and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned and executed, with a focus on effective communication and project management.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, including system architecture, APIs, and SaaS models.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new technology and processes.
  • Train team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of project management and related experience, with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of general business operations.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Prior exposure to the equipment rental business is beneficial, but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational competencies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in presenting information to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and other business applications.
  • Some experience with business intelligence tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in managing numerous projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
  • Experienced in applying change management principles to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of APIs and SaaS models is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience working with Python programming language is a plus, but not required.
