In this capacity, the Business Process Project Manager will take charge of the execution of essential business processes and systems, which encompass project management tools, data management solutions, and software for equipment rentals. The successful candidate will demonstrate a balanced comprehension of both technical and operational facets. They should be adept at delving into the specifics of technology projects while maintaining an overarching perspective on the operational requirements of our organization.

This position is full-time and exempt, offering a range of benefits at our corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, oversee, and finalize technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are thoroughly planned and executed.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, including system architecture, APIs, and SaaS frameworks.
  • Develop and implement strategies for change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Educate team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with a robust technical background and understanding of business operations.
  • Prior experience in the equipment rental sector is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in presenting information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience in applying change management principles for successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of APIs and SaaS models is beneficial.
  • Experience with Python programming is a plus.
