Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to resolve inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with claims.
  • Policy Management: Oversee various policy-related functions including issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Customer Assistance: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise and comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to provide a seamless customer service experience for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Insurance Background: Previous experience in commercial insurance customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Detail Orientation: Ability to manage complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to meeting client needs and surpassing their expectations.
