Job Summary

Milender White Construction is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project superintendents and managers to develop and implement project plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control and safety programs.
  • Provide support to project superintendents and managers in the coordination of construction activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
