Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Analyst to collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer data management. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of hands-on experience managing customer data with strong customer service and data entry skills, as well as experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer data confidentiality
  • Manage customer data with strong customer service and data entry skills
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams
  • Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Degree in business administration is a plus
