About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Used Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Holman Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in purchasing used vehicles from consumers and collaborating with our Used Car Manager to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and negotiate purchases of used vehicles directly from customers.
  • Work with various leads and sources, including KBB ICO, Dealer Socket, Automotive Mastermind, and V-auto Reports, to identify and acquire high-quality vehicles.
  • Document all data and communications in Dealer Socket and Automotive Mastermind to ensure seamless tracking and analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct thorough appraisals using vendor software and adhere to the process prescribed by our GSM.
  • Provide written offers to customers and negotiate prices to ensure optimal vehicle acquisition.
Requirements
  • Sales and customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record or minimal violations is essential.
  • Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
