About the Role

Elevations Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Loan Delivery Specialist II to join our Secondary Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering mortgage loans to our investors, ensuring timely and accurate execution of loan sales and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for all loan delivery issues, providing exceptional customer service and support to our investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit documents and files for delivery to custodians, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Update loan origination systems with loan sale data, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Compile and transmit data files to mortgage investors, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Assist in month-end close by reconciling mortgage accounts and preparing reports for loans sold, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconcile and manage extended lock deposit general ledger accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • 1 year of financial, business operations, or similar experience, with a strong understanding of mortgage lending and secondary markets.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge, with a strong desire to grow and develop in your career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, investors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a related field.
  • Mortgage experience, with a strong understanding of mortgage interest rates and secondary markets.
