Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Reporting Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to track and communicate key Finance performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various ERP and Finance systems to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, Purchasing Card, Accounts Receivable, Customer & Vendor Master and Accounting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Information Systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to create pivots, graphs and charts and use of SQL.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
  • Fluent in English, demonstrating a full professional proficiency.
