POSITION OVERVIEW

Constellis is in search of a proficient Contractor to deliver telecommunication mechanic assistance for the Technical Service Desk. The key duties encompass orchestrating support for the installation of new systems across diverse regions serviced by MegaCenters. Furthermore, this role entails programming alarm panels, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring effective communication between alarm panels and the MegaCenter receivers.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Hourly Rate: $31.27

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Construct, test, and sustain alarm accounts within the system program and monitoring software.
  • Identify and resolve alarm system complications.
  • Educate end users on the functionality of alarm and access control systems.
  • Oversee panel reports to ensure consistent communication.
  • Address requests for modifications to the alarm program from various agencies.
  • Assist onsite technicians in troubleshooting and interpreting alarm panel data.
  • Submit and track service tickets.
  • Coordinate efforts and implement solutions to improve customer service.
  • Maintain documentation on tasks performed and materials utilized.
  • Administer alarm tracking databases and agency contact lists.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • A background check will be necessary.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience with Bosch/Honeywell/DMP panels and their programming software.
  • Familiarity with alarm automation software such as Bold-Stages.
  • Expertise in the installation and programming of security systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules.
  • A technical degree is preferred.
